Hello! I’m Navya, a student at San Jose State University studying American Studies and Computer Science. While that may be an odd mix, I find that having skills from both these fields makes me a more empathetic problem-solver.
In the past, I’ve worked as a Design Intern at Thermo Fisher Scientific, a Design Fellow at the International Trade Administration as part of the Civic Digital Fellowship, and a UX Research intern at Fidelity Investments. Currently, I am working with Reimagine Lab (as part of the Blue Shield of California Foundation) to design solutions that can end + prevent cycles of violence in California.
Outside of school and work, I enjoy reading, writing, making videos, knitting, and hairstyling!
